privacy policy
1. Who we are
The Health Review (thehealthreview.com) is a UK health and wellness publication. This notice explains what personal data we handle when you use this site, and your rights over it. Questions and requests: hello@thehealthreview.com.
2. What we collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is processed by beehiiv, our newsletter provider, to send you the weekly email. When you write to us, we keep your message so we can reply. We do not knowingly collect data relating to children, and we never ask for information about your health.
3. Booking a consultation
The booking calendar on the coaching page is provided by Calendly. It loads when you open the coaching page, and any details you enter while booking — your name, email and chosen time — are processed by Calendly to arrange the call. See Calendly's privacy notice at calendly.com/privacy.
4. What we don't do
We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site. No health-related information ever flows to advertising platforms. If analytics are added later, they will load only with your consent, and this notice will be updated first.
5. Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you — write to hello@thehealthreview.com.
6. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the UK supervisory authority — though we would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
