Who it's for

For people ready to make a real change in their work, health or habits. Coaching gives that change structure: clear goals, honest conversations and measurable progress.

Evidence-based, one to one

The approach is positive psychology, an evidence-based field focused on what makes life fulfilling. Sessions are one to one, built around your goals, your values and the questions that matter most to you.

Emily is a trained positive psychology coach and has seen first-hand the difference structured coaching makes to health and wellbeing. She leads a small team of certified coaches who bring the same approach to every client.

How it works

  1. Get in touch

Tell us a little about where you are and what you'd like to change, using the form below. Emily's team reads every message.

  2. Get matched

If coaching looks like the right fit, Emily places you with the certified coach on her team whose approach suits you best — approach, format and pricing are all set out before anything is booked.

  3. Begin

Structured one-to-one sessions with your coach, at a cadence that fits around your life.

What clients say

Practical, focused and never fluffy. Six months on, the changes we worked through have stuck.
Priya
I came in feeling stuck and left with a plan. The questions were the ones I'd been avoiding asking myself.
Tom
I'd been circling the same career decision for two years. Coaching gave me the structure to finally make it, and I left every session with something concrete to do.

Questions, answered

What happens in the consultation?

Once you've been in touch, the first step is a free, relaxed 30-minute conversation with Emily about where you are and what you want to change. If coaching feels right, she'll match you with the coach on her team who fits best.

Who will I work with?

Every coach on the team is certified and works within the same positive-psychology approach. Emily matches you personally after your consultation.

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on the format you choose and is set out clearly during your consultation — there's nothing to pay before you decide.

Is coaching medical advice?

No — coaching is not medical care and never replaces your GP or clinical treatment. If a conversation raises something clinical, your coach will say so and point you to the right professional.

Start the conversation

Tell us a little about yourself and what you'd like to work on, and Emily's team will come back to you by email to arrange a conversation. Prefer to write directly? Email hello@thehealthreview.com and it reaches the same inbox.
